Winter Open studios are back at The Chocolate Factory just in time for Christmas presents and a chance to grab some bargains.
Screen printed lampshades, cushions, bags, kitchen textiles and kids stuff will be on sale with generous discounts!
We have a program of events going on throughout the weekend which you can catch up on here
On Saturday at 2pm I'll be demonstrating screen printing and any young dinosaur fans can join in and print their own dino tote bag from the new children's range.

Open studios this summer has more of a festival feel with a new pop-up cafe and talks and demonstrations going on throughout the weekend by a select number of studios - all under the title of '13 Minutes With..' My slot is on Sunday at 2pm when I will be demonstrating the process of screen printing on fabric from start to finish with a quick insight into how my business ticks. There will be an opportunity to join in with the printing action afterwards for any budding volunteers – all ages welcome!
Screen printed lampshades, cushions, bags, kitchen textiles and kids stuff will be on sale with all the usual discounts.

Makers Market at Chat's Palace this Saturday

Open Studios came and went. It was a great weekend, meeting lots of new and regular people. The new arrival of oven gloves/mitts and aprons went down very well to match the Moroccan Tile tea towels - now in turquoise as well as the red and blue.
My new design, Mosaic was also well received and my last minute makes were worth it as I almost sold out, which is always a good sign!
I'll be updating my shop in the next few days in time for any Christmas orders.
Thanks to everyone that came along - it's always good to have a tidy up, even though it seems like an arduous task just a few days before. I'm now sitting in a very tidy space and wondering how long it will last this time!

Open Studios Winter 2015 28/29th November

My studio F5 will be open for the weekend and private view with printed and stitched lampshades, cushions, bags and more, all at sale prices. The Moroccan Tile tea towels will be back in stock alongside matching oven gloves, mitts and aprons, all great ideas for Christmas presents! New kids cushions will also be on show for the first time.

Pop Up in Clapton!

Thanks to everyone who popped into my studio over the weekend. My spree of crazy printing last week was all worth while!
So following on from that, I have decided to shrink my studio onto a table top and pop up in Clapton for one evening only with a lot of fab making friends.
So here it is!

So for another bash at Christmas present buying and keeping it local - please pop along for what should be a very fun evening!
Expect to find lavender squares, bags, tea towels and maybe the odd cushion if I can squeeze it on!
